What will happen with my account if I don't use it?

If your account remains unused for a consecutive period of 6 months, it will be closed due to inactivity. If you wish to start using your account again, it can be reopened by contacting our customer service.

If your account remains inactive for a further 11 months (in total 17 months), it will get permanently closed and it will not be possible to reopen it again. You can of course register a new account if you wish to use our services again.
