Why do I need to verify my identity?
To comply with the Colombian legislation, we are required to verify the identity and age of our customers.
You can verify the account by sending a copy of your Cedula de Ciudadania (for Colombian nationals), Cedula de Extranjeria card (for non-Colombian nationals or or Cedula de Extranjeria, Temporary Protection Permit (PPT) or Special Permit to Stay (PEP) (for Venezuelan nationals living in Colombia) within 30 days of signing up. If all details match, your account will be verified.
Once the verification process is completed, you’ll be able to withdraw winnings and your account will be fully activated. You may be required to send in further documents in the future, when we do routine checks on accounts.
