Are there any restrictions before I can make a withdrawal?

1. If you have received complimentary or bonus money into your account, you must comply with any bonus restriction contained in the offer and/or with the site's Terms and Conditions. If you have not satisfied these restrictions, you will be unable to withdraw any amount until the bonus restrictions have been met.

2. As per the Colombian Regulation, you are allowed to make a maximum of three (3) withdrawals per day. This means, that if you have reached the maximum of three withdrawals per day, you will be unable to request any further withdrawals.

3. According to the Colombian Regulation, you need to stake at least 50% of the deposit balance before you can request a withdrawal of your funds. This check will be done based on the total life time deposits and the total life time amount staked. In case the amount you staked doesn't meet the requirements of 50% of your life time deposits, it will not be possible for you to request a withdrawal on your account.
