Basic concepts of the game

Starburst™ XXXtreme is a 5-reel, 3-row digital slot machine with re-spins and multipliers, the Random Wilds feature, and two types of XXXtreme Spins.

The game is played with 9 fixed betting lines that pay out if they appear from the leftmost reel to the rightmost reel, without spaces. Wins on different betting lines are added together, and only the highest win per betting line is paid.

A payout for a line is equal to the value shown in the Paytable multiplied by any applicable multiplier. The payout values for the symbols shown in the Paytable are dynamic and change depending on the selected bet amount.

Starburst™ Wild Symbol

The Starburst™ Wild symbol can appear on reels 2, 3, and 4. Starburst™ Wild symbols substitute for all other symbols. Substituting for Starburst™ Wild symbols pays the highest possible winning combination on a payline, according to the paytable.

Throw again

A Starburst™ Wild symbol may appear on each reel, which expands to fill the entire reel with Starburst™ Wild symbols and awards a re-spin.

During respins, reels covered with Starburst™ Wild symbols are blocked. If one or more Starburst™ Wild symbols appear on the reels during respins, they expand to fill the entire reel and award an additional respin. The respin ends when no new Starburst™ Wild symbols appear on the reels during the respins.

Re-Spins are played with the same bet as the round that triggered them. At the end of the Re-Spins, the total winnings are added to the winnings from the round that triggered them.

Multipliers

Each Starburst™ Wild symbol awards a random multiplier of x2, x3, x5, x10, x25, x50, x100, or x150, which multiplies the payline win of the spin or re-spin in which the symbol appeared. If more than one multiplier is awarded, their values are added together, and the winnings are multiplied by the sum of the multipliers.

At the end of each spin or re-spin, the prizes are calculated after all Starburst™ Wild symbols expand to fit their reels and the multipliers are awarded.

Random Wilds function

The Random Wilds feature can be triggered randomly after a spin or re-spin. When the feature is triggered, between 1 and 3 Starburst™ Wild symbols will randomly appear on reels 2, 3, or 4. In the Random Wilds feature, Starburst™ Wild symbols cannot appear on top of other Starburst™ Wild symbols.

XXXtreme prints

You can activate XXXtreme Spins to guarantee a certain number of Starburst™ symbols on reels 2, 3 or 4 on each spin.

Activating XXXtrems Spins costs 10 times the bet value for each spin with a guaranteed Starburst™ Wild symbol and 95 times the bet value for each spin with 2 guaranteed Starburst™ Wild symbols.

The XXXtreme Spins remain active on all spins until they are manually deactivated.

Payment Mechanics

The game has 9 fixed betting lines.

The betting lines pay out if they appear in succession from the leftmost reel to the rightmost reel, without gaps. The odds of winning are clearly shown in the illustrations above. Only the highest payout per betting line is awarded.

The theoretical return to the player of the game is 96.26%.

Bets

To play, you need to have enough funds to cover the bet. You can see your current BALANCE on the screen.

To start playing, first select your bet amount. Click or tap "+" or "-" to increase or decrease your bet, or tap the bet amount in the center and select it from the drop-down list. Keep in mind that your selected bet will apply to all spins. If your balance is insufficient, your bet will automatically be reduced to the highest available bet amount.

Once you've chosen your bet, click or tap the SPIN button to start playing.

THROW

The PULL button indicator shows how much time is left until you can pull again.

Automatic game

The Automatic Game allows you to repeat the selected bet for a specified number of game rounds.

To start Auto Play, choose your desired bet value and click or tap the Auto Play button.

In the Auto Play panel, you can start Auto Play by selecting the number of rounds in which you want to repeat your bet.

The selected number of Auto Play rounds will be displayed on the Auto Play button. The number of remaining Auto Play rounds will update when Auto Play begins.

Your total Auto Play stake is calculated by multiplying the number of Auto Play rounds by your stake. This is shown below each Auto Play option. The remaining Auto Play stake will also be displayed below your chosen Auto Play option once it has started.

Auto-Play rounds will continue until the chosen number of rounds has been reached or the user stops Auto-Play by clicking or tapping STOP.

STALL

When the Auto Game is stopped, you can restart it with the previously selected bet and number of rounds by clicking or tapping on REPEAT.

REPEAT

When Auto Play is activated, it is not possible to change bets. The player must stop Auto Play to change bets.

Other controls

BUTTON
Click or tap the SOUND button to turn game sound on or off. You can also use the slider to adjust the game sound volume. The button and slider may not be available on some devices.
Click or tap the SETTINGS button to open a menu of user-modifiable settings:
  • All sounds: Turn game sound on or off. You can also use the slider to adjust the game sound volume, if available on your device.
  • Game Effects and Music: Turn game effects or music on or off. Otherwise, you can use the sliders to adjust the volume.
  • Intro screen: activates or deactivates the splash screen.
  • Spacebar to roll: toggles the option to start a roll using the spacebar.
Click or tap the GAME HISTORY button to see the game rounds you have played and their results.
Click or tap the HOW TO PLAY button to see the rules of the game.
Click or tap the FULL SCREEN button to enter full screen mode or click/tap the EXIT FULL SCREEN button to exit it.

Language

You can change the game language in the settings. The jurisdiction's language will be applied if the game translations don't match.

Unfinished game rounds

Unfinished game rounds are resolved automatically after a period of inactivity.

In the event of a hardware/software malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and refunded.

Game number

Each batch is identified with a unique BATCH NUMBER.

This number reflects the start time of the game in hours:minutes:seconds (in the GMT time zone). Use this numerical code for reference (or take a screenshot of it) if you wish to contact our Customer Service Department.

Shortcut keys

Shortcut keys allow you to quickly perform useful game functions.

KEY FUNCTION
ESC

The ESC key can be used for:

  • Exit full screen mode.
  • Close an open pop-up window (Game History, How to Play, Settings, etc.)
SPACE BAR

The SPACEBAR key can be used for:

  • Start a roll (if the "Space bar to roll/stop roll" option is enabled).
  • Skip some animations and, if possible, finish the game round sooner.

The maximum winnings in a game are COP 350,000,000 or 10,000 times the stake, whichever comes first. Other limits may apply depending on the provider.
