Peek Baccarat
Game objective
The goal of Peek Baccarat is to predict the winning hand with the value closest to 9.
Rules of the game
A dealer introduces the game, which is played with eight standard 52-card decks. The values are as follows:
- The Ace is the lowest card and is worth 1 point.
- Cards 2 through 9 are worth their face value.
- The 10s and the figures (Jacks, Queens and Kings) are worth 0.
In Baccarat, only the numerical value of each card is relevant; the suit (hearts, spades, clubs, or diamonds) is unimportant.
Before each deal, you must bet on the hand that is closest to 9 between the Player's and the Banker's hands.
If you think the Player and the Banker have cards of the same value, you also have the option of betting on a Tie.
Additionally, you can also bet on the Player/Banker pair (P/B Pair), which will pay out if the first two cards dealt to the Player and the Banker form a pair.
A 20% fee will be added to your initial bet on the following stakes: Player and Banker. For example, if you bet 5 on Player or Banker, a 20% fee (value: 1) will be applied, and your total stake will be 6. This total stake will be displayed on the screen.
The odds do not apply to the following betting options: Tie, P Pair or B Pair.
The dealer begins by dealing two initial cards to the Player and the Banker. Between one and four of the dealt cards are revealed, after which the player can double or triple their initial bet, or continue with the same initial bet.
The odds will not apply to the added value when doubling or tripling the bet.
Once the player has made their decision, the game continues. If the Player's and Banker's hands have the same value, the round ends in a tie. The Tie bet wins, and the bets on the Player and Banker are returned. However, the odds are not refunded.
The value of a hand is calculated by removing the tens digit if it totals 10 or more. For example, a hand with a 7 and a 9 will only be worth 6 in Baccarat (16 – 10 = 6). Similarly, a face card plus a 9 will be worth 9.
If the value of the cards in the Player's or Banker's initial two-card hand is 8 or 9 (a "natural" 8 or 9), no further cards will be dealt to either hand.
If the value of the Player's or Banker's two-card hand is between 0 and 7, the "Third Card Rule" is consulted to determine whether a third card is dealt to one or both hands. The Player always acts first.
Player's Hand
| player's starting hand of two cards | |
|---|---|
| 0-1-2-3-4-5 | The player draws a third card unless the banker's hand has a natural 8 or 9. |
| 6-7 | The player stands his ground. |
| 8-9 (a “natural”) | No third card is dealt to any hand. |
Hand of the banks
S — Take out; P — Plant
If the player stands with a 6 or 7, the bank must draw a card if its hand totals 3, 4 or 5 and must stand if it totals 6.
The player whose hand is closest to 9 will win the game.
Side bets
| Side bet | Description |
|---|---|
| P Pair | The payout is awarded if the first two cards dealt to the player form a pair. The side bet cannot exceed 20% of the main combined bet if 312 cards are dealt. |
| B Pair | The payout is awarded if the first two cards dealt to the Banker form a pair. The side bet cannot exceed 20% of the main combined bet if 312 cards are dealt. |
Note: The table above includes information on the number of cards dealt after which the corresponding side bet will not exceed the main bet by the specified percentage.
Payments
The payout will depend on the type of bet placed.

|---|---|
| Player | 1:1 |

| B Pair | 11:1 |

PLACE YOUR BETS
In the CHIPS MENU you can select the value of the chips you wish to bet. You will only have chips available in amounts that match your current balance.
Once you have selected a chip, place your bet by clicking/tapping the corresponding betting area on the game table. Each time you click or tap the betting area, the bet value will be increased by the value of the selected chip or up to the maximum limit for the type of bet you have selected. Once you have bet the maximum limit, no further funds will be accepted for that bet, and a message will appear on your bet to notify you that you have wagered the maximum.
NOTE: Do not minimize your browser or open another tab while the betting period is open and there are bets on the table. Such actions may be interpreted as abandoning the game, and your bets will be rejected for that particular game.
The REPEAT button allows you to repeat the same bets made in the previous game. This button is only available before the first chip is placed.
The DOUBLE (x2) button is available after placing a bet. Each click/tap doubles all your bets up to the maximum limit. Please note that you must have sufficient funds to double ALL your bets.
The UNDO button deletes the last bet made.
If you repeatedly click or tap the UNDO button, your bets will be removed one by one in the reverse order in which they were placed. You can remove all your bets by holding down the UNDO button.

Scorecards
Streaks and trends in Baccarat for both the Player and the Banker with a particular shoe are recorded on separate scoreboards. These graphical representations of past game results and other statistics related to the current shoe can help you predict the outcomes of future games.
The BEAD ROAD and BIG ROAD show the results of each previous game, while the Big Eye Road , Small Road and Cockroach Road show patterns derived from the BIG ROAD.
Roads and shoe statistics are always cleared whenever a new shoe is entered.
BEAD ROAD
Each cell on the BEAD ROAD represents the result of a previous game. The result of the first game is recorded in the top left corner. Read the column from top to bottom; then start at the top of the next column to the right, and so on. A solid red cell indicates a Banker win. A solid blue cell represents a Player win. A solid green cell represents a tie. A red dot in the bottom right corner of a cell means the Banker had a pair. A blue dot in the top left corner of a cell means the Player had a pair.
You can change the Bead Road display from English to Simplified Chinese or punctuation mode by simply clicking or tapping anywhere.
BIG ROAD
In the BIG ROAD, the result of the first game is also recorded in the top left corner.
A new column is created each time the Bank's streak changes in favor of the Player, or vice versa.
A cell outlined in red indicates a win for the Banker. A cell outlined in blue indicates a win for the Player.
A tie is indicated by a green line through the cell of the previous game. If the first game results in a tie, the green line will appear first, and once the Player or the Bank wins a game, a red or blue outline will appear around it.
If there are two or more matches with a Draw, the number on the line will show the number of draws.

DERIVED ROADS
For true Baccarat enthusiasts, the Big Eye Road, Small Road, and Cockroach Road are included, displaying patterns derived from previous results recorded on the Big Eye Road. The Big Eye Road uses outlined circles, the Small Road uses solid circles, and the Cockroach Road uses slashes. However, on the Derived Roads, the red and blue colors do not correspond to Banker or Player wins, and there is no way to distinguish ties or pairs. On the Derived Roads, red entries indicate repeats, while blue entries indicate a more erratic or "moved" shoe.
Derived Roads do not start at the very beginning of the game. They start with the hand following the first hand in the second, third, and fourth columns of the Big Road. Once a Derived Road is started, an additional red or blue symbol is added after each game.
SHOE STATISTICS
You can view the following statistics based on the current shoe:
Total: the number of rounds completed so far.
Player: the number of wins the player has so far.
Bank: the number of bank wins so far.
Tie: the number of tie rounds so far.
Bank (pair) — the number of pairs the Bank has so far.
Player (pair) — the number of pairs the Player has made so far.
ROAD PROBING TABLE
The Road Probing table displays the icon that will be added to the three Derived Roads if the Banker or Player wins the next game. Click the Banker (B) or Player (P) button to see the icon that will be added to the roads if the Banker or Player wins the next game.

If the error cannot be resolved immediately, the round will be canceled, and the initial stakes will be refunded to all participating players.

The game continues until the cut card is dealt. At that point, the cards are shuffled by the dealer or a shuffler.
If a shuffling table is available, two shoes with two decks of cards will be used on the table. If so, the dealer will exchange the shoes, and a shuffler will shuffle the cards on the shuffling table while the dealer continues the game.
